“I never heard of ABA therapy until my granddaughter’s pediatrician told me about it. My grandbaby is nonverbal. The assigned RBT and BCBA have done a phenomenal job within six months of using ABA services. Initially, my granddaughter would not sit at the table to eat. She would walk around dropping food on the floor everywhere. Also, she would have tantrums when she could not express her wants and needs. Now, she can communicate a little with something called a PEC and sits at the table to eat when asked. The strategies are incredible. I am very pleased and impressed.”
“Wow! Wow! Wow! Where do I begin? I would recommend ABA therapy for anyone with a child on the spectrum. Our son had a tough time at home and in public. The outburst and the aggressive behavior had kept the family from going out on family outings. However, having behavior therapy and working with a wonderful team at CPAC that provided me with parent training gave me much hope and relief. I am so grateful. Our son has shown tremendous improvement. We can now go to McDonald’s and sit down to eat.”
“I love it! And I am excited that we chose ABA therapy services at CPAC for our son. I was initially skeptical because I thought it was about a service that only provided therapy for behavioral problems. But who would think this service would provide strategies for daily living skills? Our son is 6 with some developmental delays. He didn’t know how to tie his shoes, make up his bed, or even match his socks. CPAC has activities that the RBT uses during my son’s 1:1 to help with daily skills. Now, my son can do all these things and looks forward to earning his stars. We made the right decision giving him ABA therapy.”
